How your inquiry is used
Heather Stevens uses your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss service availability, and arrange care. Appointment-form details are not currently used for marketing emails or text messages. Your choice of Phone or Email tells Heather how you prefer to be contacted about your request; it is not a marketing signup.
Who handles inquiries
Heather is the only person at Willow’s Bend who accesses and handles appointment inquiries. The website and form are provided through Wix, and inquiry notifications are delivered by email.
