Heather Stevens has been a licensed massage therapist since 2004 and is the owner and sole practitioner of Willow’s Bend Therapeutic Massage. She combines hands-on care with patient education to help people better understand their bodies, address movement restrictions, and work toward greater comfort in everyday life.
As the spouse of an active-duty U.S. Army soldier, Heather brings a personal understanding of military life to her practice. Her work often includes people living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other complex health conditions. She approaches each person with compassion, supporting their goals for pain relief, improved movement, and a more fulfilling life.
Heather completed the 775-hour program at the Massachusetts Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Burlington, Massachusetts, in 2004. Her professional experience spans Massachusetts, Arizona, Texas, and the United Kingdom. She continues to expand her knowledge through education in myofascial release, Reiki, and corrective exercise.
In 2021, Heather graduated cum laude from the American Public University System with a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Health Science. This foundation in movement and wellness informs her individualized approach to massage therapy.
