Mobile Treatment in Central Texas / Treatment Comes to You
Professionals, parents, athletes, and those recovering from injury or managing chronic pain may find it difficult to fit appointments into a busy schedule. Willow’s Bend is a fully mobile practice, bringing myofascial release and therapeutic massage to your home, workplace, or preferred location in Central Texas. I provide the massage table and necessary supplies; you provide a quiet, cleared space for the table.
What Happens After You Contact Me?
We can briefly discuss your concerns, goals, relevant injuries or surgeries, location, and weekday appointment availability. If another healthcare evaluation appears more appropriate, you may be encouraged to contact the appropriate healthcare professional.
Your Comfort Matters / Treatment Is Performed Clothed
There is no need to undress. Wear comfortable, flexible clothing (athletic clothes, leggings, or a T-shirt). This allows for easier movement and assessment during your therapeutic session.
Before Your Appointment
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive information about preparing for your session. The necessary treatment equipment is brought to your location. Please arrange a suitable area for treatment and wear comfortable, flexible clothing.

If you are helping someone find support for muscle tension, restricted movement, or scar-related restrictions, please contact Heather to discuss whether her services may be an appropriate fit. Treatment is performed clothed, and equipment is brought to the client’s location. Appointments are available Monday–Friday by appointment. Insurance & Reimbursement
Willow’s Bend does not bill insurance directly. Clients pay for their services and may request a receipt to submit to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Before scheduling, please contact your insurer to confirm whether your plan covers massage therapy provided by a licensed massage therapist and what documentation, referral, or prior authorization may be required. Coverage varies by plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. A receipt alone may not meet all claim requirements.
